Arrived 10 minutes before my appt and ended up waiting 30 minutes. When the lady came to the front , she said he was just finishing up with his 6:30 but I saw the previous client in the chair when I walked in at 6:20 and he took 30 minutes to straighten her short bob haircut. When I told her I was the 6:30 she then said they didn’t look at the schedule and was sorry. I went to the stylist and asked for 2” off and he cut my hair where the front is cut to my cheek when my hair all around was long. I spent $78 for a haircut I’m not satisfied with and wasn’t even offered anything for my 30 minutes of time wasted. This is the first time I’m so dissatisfied all around. I took 6 months to grow out my hair and it took 6 minutes to ruin it.

I’ve been getting my haircuts done and highlights with Vincent for many years now. He knows how to work with my hair specially it’s fine and thin. I love that he cares for what is good for my hair, like what to do and not to do. I also love getting my hair treatments with Marie. Thank you both for making my hair looking fabulous and healthy!

Vincent Li has been cutting my hair for many years. I will not have anyone else do it. Vincent's knows my hair and his cuts are so well done they maintain good looks even after I'm overdo for a cut!
