I arrived for my appointment and no one was there. Shortly after I received a text saying they would be late. The whole staff arrived about 15 minutes after my appointment was set to start. I didn’t see anyone wash their hands or use sanitizer before starting on clients. They also weren’t wearing masks (which is optional but most people are doing given the proximity to your face which their working and Covid is on the rise again). There were also 3 other people getting their lashes done at the same time - some were coughing and some technicians were chattering and laughing so you couldn’t fall asleep (my favorite part lol). My lashes came out ok - definitely not any better than other lash places. I will not be going back mainly because of sanitary concerns and not having a reliable appointment time. I left a $25 tip despite their lateness. You would think they would have a offered some type of discount…really shows their level of customer service and respect for their clients time.

Terrible experience ever and I was just referred there!!! will never go there ever again, save your money go somewhere worth it, the price don’t make any sense, place is cramped, they have you waiting ridiculously. Not ok !!!! Worst experience of my life, cheated on my lash tech for this crap, nope!! I’m telling you, your better off paying the same price at a better quality place!!! Absolutely, terrible!! I wish I can give a zero !

ALSO, SUPER CLEAN & ATTENTIVE EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE HAPPY & SATISFIED THEY MAKE SURE THAT THERE WORK IS UP TO STANDARDS! & THEY have a 3 day grace period & will fix a lash issue 1,2,3 TRULY LOVE YOU EVA &YOUR STAFF!!

This was my second visit and again I am super pleased with the results. They look full, natural and amazing! I recommend M&M lash studio if your thinking of trying lashes for the first time or just a new tech. Very clean, quiet, and the staff are nice which is important!
