Omg,,where has she been my whole life?! Customer Service is top tier. I wasn't sure how to book my first appointment. I told her what I wanted and she booked it for me. She is firm but gentle when washing and combing my hair. Time management is great. I never have to worry about her having a whole gossip session on the phone bc she doesn't do that. Professional to a T! I always love my hair, but if I didn't, I know she would fix it.. Book Her, you won't be disappointed.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I booked my appointment with Shaquana based on her reviews and everything that was said about her was true. She did a wonderful job and my daughter left so happy. Even though we were there for a while since the style took a long time I didn’t feel like we were. We got to binge watch tv and talk the whole time. I highly recommend giving her a try and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks girl

Very good. My kids have been on dreadlocks for years so now did a chop. It was their first box braids after so many years and she did a fantastic job. They looked so beautiful. So happy for the service.

Recently I went to Quana to get my hair done and to say the least I was pleasantly surprised. Her customer service is top tier from the moment she greets you to when she completes the style. She asks pertinent questions about your hair and style so she can deliver exactly what you are asking for. It is not often I give stylist reviews but this one I had to. Quana is amazing and I pray she continues to be. Check her out, I believe you will be as delighted as I was.

I wanted to get twist but I was experiencing hair thinning. She recommended some products and gave me a routine to get my hair healthy again. I waited a month or two and the results were great. She has now styled my twist and I must say it looks great my hair is thicker. I'm big on detail and parts were on point . Really gave my hair the love it needs
