The studio is an inviting and serene space. Chi took her time explaining what products and styling tips would work for my curly hair. During the shampooing I was given a warming (disposable) eye mask which was a luxurious touch and the scalp massage was soothing . My curls looks bouncy and rejuvenated with my new cut. Thanks Chi for a relaxing experience!

Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for.
This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!
