INCREDIBLE experience!
I found this salon by chance, and I’m truly so happy I did. I was walking home and saw how happy a customer was leaving with her beautiful hair. I had to stop and ask Lucy about her services.
Lucy is so kind and informative. She talked me through every step of my cut and gloss and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. Her salon was such a warm, comfortable environment. It was everything I was looking for in a new salon!
I just left feeling so confident and beautiful, it has been a while since I have gone to a salon that could do this for me.
The services I received today EXCEEDED my expectations, I cannot wait to come back! If you are shopping for a new salon to call home, look no further ❤️

I had the absolute best experience at BrighTouch hair salon in Astoria! The salon is spotless, well-organized, and has a relaxing ambiance that makes you feel pampered from start to finish.
The real highlight of my visit was my stylist, Lucy. Their expertise and attention to detail were unmatched! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered professional recommendations that suited my hair type and face shape. The results? Absolutely flawless! My cut and color turned out even better than I imagined, and I’ve received so many compliments ever since.
Beyond the incredible styling, the service was top-notch. The entire team was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They also use high-quality products that left my hair feeling healthier and shinier than ever.

Lucy has been doing our hair for years. Lucy has the magic touch when it comes to blondes. She just knows what shade of blonde suits the person. My blonde color doesn’t get that brassy look. My daughter asked me if she can color her hair. She’s 9yrs old. Lucy listened to what she wanted and did an amazing job. The color and process she uses to color my daughter’s hair is gentle and doesn’t damage her hair. The colors are bright and her hair is healthy. After 2 months the colors are still bright and healthy. Lucy truly loves her job.

Lucy did an absolutely amazing job at fixing up my hair. I came in requesting for partial highlights and hair cut but ended up doing a full TLC. She fixed up my grays, made the highlights look very natural as I had requested (she got the color perfectly down to what I wanted) and finished it up with treatment and a blowout. I loved the final results! Definitely going to go here for all my future hair care needs!

I recently went to BrighTouch and am so glad I did!
The prices are the most reasonable I’ve seen in the city, and the owner, Lucy is the best! So friendly and welcoming, and did a great job with my haircut. I got exactly what I asked for and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
I definitely recommend and will continue to make the commute just to come here!
