I would give a negative star if possible. I visited on February 14th and unfortunately had a bad experience with my hair service. Despite asking for a stylist experienced with curly hair, the hairdresser suggested I get a relaxer and applied something that smelled chemical-like. Even after three washes, the smell hasn’t gone away, and my hair is now falling out in clumps. To make things worse, they tried to detangle my curls with a blow dryer brush—who does that?!
I emailed through their website asking for a refund and never got a response. How utterly disappointing.
On a positive note, my manicure and pedicure were great—thank you, Roxana!
Hopefully, they improve their curly hair care AND customer service.
2/27 UPDATE: I was given my refund after a snarky text exchange but hey, atleast I was given my refund. Updating to 2 stars for the refund. Everything else stands.

Have been a customer of Carlos' for many years and he is simply the best. He always creates a great hairstyle and beautiful color. The salon is bright and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Give yourself a treat and book Carlos next time you are looking for a cut, color, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nathaly and her amazing staff at their spa, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a beautifully designed space that exudes tranquility and relaxation. The entire team is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
I opted for a lymphatic treatment, and it was absolutely amazing. Nathaly’s expertise shone through, making the experience both soothing and effective. I left feeling rejuvenated and with a noticeable improvement in my overall well-being.

I visited the other day and sadly got a terrible blowout. I warned the hairstylist that my hair was gonna be too frizzy the way he was blowing it out but he assured me it would be fine. When I checked before leaving, I knew it was bad, but there was nothing I could do because I was on a time crunch. It may be the worst blowout I’ve ever had. I was hoping this could be the new spot for a quick blowout, but unfortunately it’s a miss.
The one thing that was good was overall customer service. The shampoo washing was good, they offered drinks and snacks, and it was a pretty salon. If they can improve their blowouts and services, then I would consider coming back. Until then I’ll stick to Drybar.

I am absolutely amazed by the service I received at this salon spa. The first treatment I had there was Endermologie (LPG brand) for back pain. Have you ever watched a movie called Elysium with Matt Damon and Wagner Moura? There's a healing machine that only wealthy people had access to. The person enters the machine, and it diagnoses and cures any health problem. Well, this LPG machine looks like that. It looks like a normal machine for aesthetic procedures, with a "head" that makes different movements, and the esthetician can configure it for different goals. I had back pain for almost a month. A pain that I experience from time to time under my right shoulder blade due to poor posture, lack of stretching, and stress. She set the machine to relax the muscles. Then, she slid this head all over my back, and the machine analyzed my skin and muscles and gave messages that guided the esthetician to where she needed to position the machine head. Then, the machine itself changes movements as needed. She found a point with "knots" and a lot of inflammation (the SPA owner, Nathalie, narrated to me what the machine was saying), and she focused RIGHT over the place that was hurting the most without me saying where it was. Then, it started making movements that looked like a person "tapping." Afterward, it felt like it was "kneading" the muscle. At some point, Nath said, "The machine is asking me to work on the other side of your back so as not to fatigue that area, but in a little while, it will ask me to come back here." Result: the next day, I no longer felt the need to take pain medication. I was so amazed that I bought a package of 10 sessions for aesthetic purposes, and I'm also loving the results! The salon staff is also wonderful, and I am always treated very well when I go there. I highly recommend it!

Nathalie's Salon is like stepping into a haven of luxury. I always feel like a queen when I'm there. The manicures are top-notch, and the staff treats me with such care and professionalism. They even know how I like my cappuccino! It's an experience that leaves me feeling pampered and special every time. My hair looks amazing every time they take care of it. The massages are amazing.

Nathalie is a great salon- I have been going there for years (previously Baleeza Tropical Salon) The new owner had done a beautiful renovation and it is much nicer than before. Farida is the best stylist there. I have been going to her for many years and have followed her to Nathalie Salon. Great location and everyone is super friendly and fun!
