Was nice and will say was super personable once in seat. Was also impressed that she washes your hair. But when she did the install, I’m used to people either adding hair to my braid down or a net. Neither was done and I actually ended up with a bald spot from the pulling in my hair. First time happened to me. Additionally a track came out week 1. Really wanted to leverage this stylist again in the future because she was so nice but can’t at the expense of the health of my hair.
