UNPROFESSIONAL - Stylist was 25 minutes late for my son. Service took 2.5 hrs instead of the advertised 90 min. Argued only wanted cash, refused styleseat app payment. Tried to charge me extra for a wash which was already included. When my son tried leaving while I tried resolving the issue, the stylist GRABBED him and tried locking him inside. I had to wrestle her grip off him then she tried to grab ME. She then LOCKED the entrance to hold me hostage. I finally just paid via the app anyway
