I arrived at the salon at 1 PM, rang the studio twice with no response, and waited 10 minutes before someone let me in. The salon was locked, lights were off, and no one answered the phone. I was eventually told the stylist was in Virginia and couldn’t make the appointment. She rescheduled, asked for pictures, but didn’t respond after that. I was still charged for the service, even though I didn’t receive it. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable.

Hollywood glam is unmatched, her customer service is incredible, she makes you feel comfortable, Hajah always accommodates me when i reach out to her last minute, I always come out feeling like a beauty queen when she does my hair, I recommend her for all your beauty needs, you won’t regret it!!

She’s an extremely knowledgeable hairstylist and verstatile of all textures, styles, hair care, weaves, braids micro-links, locks etc. There’s so many IG “stylists” but she’s the real deal.
