I arrived on time at my appointment and the tech was still doing another client’s hair. I didn’t trip because I didn’t have anything else to do afterwards. She finishes 2 hours after my appointment start time with the hair. I am so disappointed with my nails. I wish I could upload a picture of how lumpy the gel overlay is and how the hearts at the top of my nails are definitely not hearts. I really wanted to like the service but everything compounded I would 10/10 not recommend for nail service.

Shay can slay. I love her styles of hair and nails. She's friendly, funny and great to talk to during the process. Unfortunately, I moved and a yr later i'm still looking for a stylist. I miss her. I wish Shay was here to do my hair and nails again. Time to take a trip to NY to get it done by Shay.
