Val always makes sure i’m comfortable. I usually have the hardest time with wax appointments just because of the comfort level in general and she makes the entire process smooth and comforting. I never feel awkward and she always walks me through every step. Conversation is never dull! She’s an amazing person!!!

My first time waxing anything ever was in December, and of all things-- it was a Brazilian. I was nervous, but Val made me feel safe and talked to me throughout the whole thing, so it wasn't awkward or even as painful as I thought. I have been going to her for the same service since! Highly recommend, especially for first-timers.
