I have been going to Elegance Noir since February 2023. I’ve gotten 2 VI Precision Plus Chemical Peels and monthly Hydrafacials.
I came to Sarah with super hyperpigmentation and acne. From the 1st Chemical peel to the second peel I’ve noticed a difference in my skin.
My skin felt and looked better, the products that she recommended me to use during the peels and in my daily skincare routine helped me get rid of my acne.
The first picture is February 2023, The seconds Picture is August 2023.
Every Appointment with Nurse Sarah has been amazing. She has been so professional and kind through out my skin journey. Elegance noir exudes luxury and comfort.
Going here has been worth every penny. Book with elegance noir, you won’t regret it.

I got a hydra facial on Oct 13, 2023 from Sarah. Sarah outlined a treatment plan involving a chemical peel and recommended skincare products. After the chemical peel on Oct 18, I experienced skin issues – prolonged peeling, dehydration, and burning. I diligently followed Sarah's advice, sending progress pictures, but received untimely/delayed communication and minimal guidance. Sarah suggested discontinuing the initial products, which were expensive ( that I purchased from her) and switching to a new regimen. Frustration grew as Sarah relocated, canceled appointments, and eventually blocked me from all of her social media , leaving hyperpigmentation unaddressed.
Seeking a dermatologist's opinion, I discovered critical errors in Sarah's approach: excessive retinol dosage, insufficient spacing between treatments, and inappropriate post-chemical peel products. The hyperpigmentation requires time to fade. I strongly urge potential clients to conduct due diligence and question the business practices of Elegance Noir Beauty and Aesthetics. Sarah failed to provide honest communication in the skincare journey. My dermatologist is working on rectifying issues caused by the initial misguided treatment. There has been zero accountability from Sarah and this business definitely lacks professionalism.
