I absolutely love Rachel! I literally feel so beautiful ever since going to her and getting my lashes done. Rachel is also the nicest / most generous girl ever. My bf and I are new to SF and she recommended us so many spots and even remembers what I said I was gonna do over the weekend the last time we met. She really cares! Ok and then a few things I love about the lashes -
1. The lashes are SO SOFT. Rachel's lashes are super soft, never irritated my eyes, and very lightweight as well. As a result they look very natural, in the best way! People sometimes ask me if they're my real lashes. I wish!
2. She customizes looks for you and also listens to what you want. Ever since my first visit, Rachel has always been super attentive to what I want and what would work best on me. She prioritizes the look more than anything.
3. She is also very efficient. The lashes are perfectly applied ( I have a small bald spot on my eyelid and she somehow hides it very very well, other lash techs usually just blame it on my bald spot lol) and she can get a hybrid refill done in an hour with no problem.
Love love love this place. Her lash bed is also really comfy btw. So glad I found her so I can feel pretty without makeup !!

Updating my review with another 5 stars since I only receive 10 star service from Rachel. I cannot thank her enough for how safe she keeps each client. Her studio is incredibly clean, and her process for check-in is flawless. I feel 100% comfortable and safe in her hands while I get a little normalcy back in my routine. I can't thank her enough for her service.

I met Rachel a year ago after I made the decision to get eyelash extensions. The atmosphere was wonderful. I found that her service was so serene that I often have a nap while my lashes are done. The length and fullness of my lashes were perfect! They looked completely natural. Exactly what I wanted! Whenever I need to make a statement for an event. I can get my fillings exaggerated for that occasion without delay. Scheduling is fast and efficient with friendly reminders of my appointment. I love this company! Well worth it to try eyelash extensions.

Rachel is absolutely incredible!! I went to her before my wedding and she took the time to talk to me about exactly what I wanted and made adjustments during the appointment to make sure my lashes looked perfect. She is so friendly made me feel so comfortable during the appointment and even called me the next day to make sure I was still happy with my lashes. The lashes were practically weightless, I could barely feel them and yet they were SO sturdy and literally not a single lash fell out through lots of happy tears and dancing on my wedding weekend. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

I've been going to Zoe since before she opened her own little studio and I LOVE what she does to open my eyes up more. Zoe is not only a great lash aesthetician but also a keen listener and a great friend. Although on the pricier side, I could not recommend her service enough, as she makes sure you are all comfortable and ready for an hour (or more) of absolute relaxation or having heart-to-heart conversations (real talk is sorely needed in this busy world!).
Zoe's little studio is currently tucked in a cozy room in the European Skin Care Studio on Sutter St., and the ambiance is always very relaxing. She always has soft music playing in the background, and the room is very brightly lit and tastefully decorated like a girl's fantasy room come true.
Zoe has a wide selection of lash types, lengths, and has sensitive and regular glues, as well as beauty products and supplements for healthier lashes. She is able to accommodate you no matter what your request is and I love the cat eye flare she always does my lashes in! I'm looking forward to seeing Zoe's business expand and excited to see what other services she has to offer in the (near) future! You rock, girlfriend! :)

SO much love for Rachel! I used to go to another lash salon which is where I met her. I had been getting my lashes done for probably 4 or 5 years by that salon and my natural lashes were having trouble. That was until I met Rachel Zoe! She talked straight to me about what I needed to keep my natural lashes healthy. Now, not only do I have beautiful lashes that last for 3 to 4 weeks but I also have a great foundation of healthy natural lashes. That's not all though, she's a fast worker. At the other salon, I was there for so long I had the opportunity to have my lashes done by practically every estheticians they employ. Rachel's skill left them all in the dust. Three things put her in the top, I always walked out of the appointment with full, thick, beautiful lashes, those lashes stayed thick and full till my next appointment 3 weeks later and my natural lashes stayed healthy. If we're only speaking financials, she way out performed her peers every time. Never fail. I'm not made of money. Before I met Rachel there were times I would need to go back a week later for a touch up because the estheticians messed up and half the lashes fell out or I had bald spots where the estheticians doubled up lashes and my naturals fell out. I never needed to do that once Rachel started working on me.
I can't say enough about her. She has a kind, generous heart and she's the best in SF at what she does. I have great faith she will be a leader in this industry and her business will thrive. With her background in business administration, competency at her craft and her desire to keep on the cutting edge, there's no doubt she'll go far. I also have great faith when the time comes for her to hire additional estheticians she will only hire the best who can perform to her standard of excellence.
Leaving the old salon was tough. I had been with them for many years and really love some of the people that work there, but they just don't anyone who comes close to her skill. Also, I just love Rachel. She's a genuinely nice person. She has a golden heart. I'm fortunate to count her as a friend.

That moment when you realize-anyone and I mean anyone can have long, lustrous and sexy lashes as long as it is done by Rachel. I was stunned - I've always thought that I have to accept the fact that my lashes are nearly non-existent - straight and sparse. Rachel is a true-miracle worker.
The process itself is 90 minutes - however the 90 minutes seemed so short. Rachel is so personable and easy-going that the time itself went so fast . She is a master of her craft. Her work is meticulous. Also- I want to point out that Rachel is so gorgeous, she is well put-together- her makeup and lashes are flawless ...why is this important ? - well because - would you hire a trainer that didn't look fit or healthy - you'd want to hire a trainer that is cut and have abs, right? Because you'd want to aspire to be that trainer one day...Same thing for make-up and lashes - you know she is a pro!
Her studio is airy and absolutely pleasant. It's very clean and aesthetically on point.
Rachel also informed me of everything I need to know on how to maintain my lashes. My lashes can last up to 3-weeks and will require fill-ins after that.
Whether you are attending a fabulous event or want pamper yourself or even just because you were not born with long lashes -(like myself) - do yourself a favor and have Rachel do your lashes. You'll love Rachel and you'll love your lashes. C'mon get sexy.
PS - her studio is centrally located in Union Square- accessible by Public transportation and lots of parking garages nearby.

Rachel is amazing! I've been getting my lashes done with her for the past 3 years and I don't think I can ever part ways with her. She is so talented at what she does. She is a perfectionist and she uses the best lashes and products that are out there. It feels so soft and it's never pokey and stiff like the others I tried. I always get compliments on my lashes on how natural they look.
I have watched her grow the past few years and I am super excited for her new studio. She is amazing and I definitely recommend her! You will not be disappointed =)

I've been coming to Rachel for over 3 years (since I first started as one of her lash models) and now she's opened up her own cute little studio.
I'm so excited/happy to write this review for her because I've been so blessed to have someone that truly cares about how your lashes look. She is a perfectionist by nature and an expert by training and experience. She definitely adds a touch of love to every client and I still get asked all the time if my lashes are real. I get compliments all the time. It is insane.
She is super sweet and caring; not to mention a good listener. She definitely know what's she's doing and only uses the highest quality lash material. Mine last a good three weeks before a fill! :) You won't be disappointed, I promise.

Rach did my wedding lashes and spent 3 hours on me. I looked like a goddess and am still so thrilled with how they turned out! If you want a lash stylist that actually cares and spends the time to get every single lash filled- she is your girl.
