It was my daughter’s junior prom and she wanted a certain updo style . Kim was very communicative from the start . She instructed me on what my daughter will need for the style and how she will accomplish the look. Kim did my daughter’s hair exactly how she wanted it and she loved it ! Kim even offered to fix the style if my daughter messed it up overnight which unfortunately due to the way she wrapped her hair, she kind of did . Kim was so accommodating and let us drop in and she spruced up my daughter’s hair so it will be fresh for her prom . If I could leave 10 stars I would !! A stylist that does good hair is one thing , but a stylist that goes above and beyond and provides great customer service is something else !!
