This review is loooong overdue. Linda is a true artist and everything about the experience she provides is top quality. She gives the best shampoos and blowouts, and I do not trust anyone but her with my cuts! The salon is cute, welcoming and the plants and dogs make it a total vibe. I am a long time client of Linda and I won't be leaving anytime soon ! Thank you!

Almost a decade later, I'm still going to Linda. She knows my hair, my maintenance habits, my preferences for growing out my cut, and even though she moved downtown from the mission, totally worth the short bart ride. Hair always feels light and silky smooth after seeing her.
The only times i've regretted my hair choices this decade were when I was in a rush or out of town and had someone else cut or bleach my thick af black hair. Never again.

Linda and Andrea are the best, consistent always and fair pricing! I've been going to Linda for cut/color longer than I can remember; I even still come back to SF monthly the past 2+ years to see Linda! Love them!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Linda for over a decade. she’s a color wizard , highlights wonderfully and for style gets an A+. When i started going to her i had a frizzy mop- but no more! Andrea’s brow and lash care/tint is the bomb! Highly recommend both!

I wanted to start this off with "I haven't had my hair cut by anyone else in the past 5 years" but that'd be a lie. HOWEVER. Linda never fails to fix all the bad cuts/colors I get from other hair salons--and she usually does it all without telling me, "I told you so!" I always leave feeling like I got exactly what I wanted. She's honest when I show her pictures of "dream hair" and she'll straight-up let me know if it's something she can't or shouldn't do to my dark hair. :) she's simply the best.

Linda is amazing. She’s cut and colored my hair for about ten years. I cheated on her once (it was unplanned - I found myself in a situation!!!) and went to someone else, and it only confirmed to me she truly is the best. Never again, and I will book a flight to get my haircut/colored by her is she ever moves out of state.

Was referred to Linda from a friend, and it was the best referral I’ve ever got! I just moved to SF and after spending too much $ on a botched hair cut (truly reality TV-bad), I went to Linda at Acute Collective and walked out with not just “fixed” hair, but a kickass style. Can’t wait to book my color with her soon!

Linda is amazing! I've been searching for the perfect stylist since moving to the bay area a little over a year ago, and I finally found one! I came to her after a stylist at Revamp Salon completely screwed up my request for platinum blonde hair (instead of bleaching my entire head, he gave me chunky highlights). Linda managed to get the rest of my hair to a nice shade of blonde without completely frying it. I only wish I had gone to her first! Her haircutting skills are top notch as well. I left a very happy customer.

I've been going to Linda for approx 13 years now. She's talented and extremely good at what she does. She explains what she's doing and makes you feel comfortable with your hair in her hands. Her salon is extremely clean and easy to locate.
Recent picture after I let her cut 6-7 inches off.

Linda is the queen of color. I have been told over the years that my hair would never go any crazy colors because it was too dark. Turns out, those stylists were just being lazy. Linda knows her stuff and can make those styles you've been pinning a reality. I got a haircut, top color with purple ombre all in 3 hours.
She's in the Mission at 18th and Treat. The entrance is on Treat, you just put it the suite number and it dials her and she buzzes you in. The building is a great creative space with a ton of other small businesses. Her cute dog hangs out as well. She takes credit cards through square and you can book online through Style Seat where all her prices are listed. I'm a huge fan! Can't wait to pick another color.
