Desiree is really great. She knows what stretches and exercises are going to work and what might be too much or too little. In addition to teaching these stretches, she stretches me out herself, so I always feel better after our sessions. I do the stretches that she has taught me almost daily and they are very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who needs this kind of service.
