Argi was one of the NICEST stylists I've ever come across. She couldn't have been nicer. The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
First, I was supposed to be booked with Hasblady Guzman (based on good reviews) and no one told me of the switch. It was the first time I was there so I didn't realize they switched me until I met Argi and didn't want for her to feel bad. I kept an open mind.
I brought a picture leaving the expertise in the hands of the stylist. She brought me a book and I honestly wasn't sure which color to pick. I am glad that she asked because initially she was going to mix a violet color and I wanted more of an ashy look. I like the color I ended up with.
The cut is great! I like it a lot.
My styling at the end is the problem. There was so much product (hair spray with each blow dry curl) I couldn't run my fingers through my hair. My hair didn't feel light or shinier. It was coarse and filled with product.
I still have Argi a big tip because she was lovely and I liked my cut.
Unfortunately, I had to wash my hair within the hour (which I know you shouldn't) because there was too much product.
I won't be returning but appreciated everyone's kindness.
