Very simply put. She ruined my face. RUINED IT. Anything other negative thing I could write about her and her office would make this review positive. My face is ruined. Its not important to talk about what was done other than go to a professional dermatologist that know what the are doing and are patient and understanding and not rushing through processes or being careful. She ruined my face. Its ruined and there isnt a fix unless its plastic surgery.

I can't even express how happy I am with the results of my thread lift. Dr. Kim wrote the book on PDO Lift Procedures! The procedure was quick, virtually painless, and caused only minimal swelling. My face looks refreshed and younger, and I've regained my confidence. Dr. Kim has a great eye and won't let you mess up your face. Dr. Kim is also very knowledgeable with Botox, and how to use to plump and relax lip lines (no filler) and she was also able to laser away any brown spots from sun damage on my face. Dr. Kim has an extremely soft touch and am so grateful I found her. I couldn't be happier with the results across the board!

So pleased that there is a wonderful med spa for skin care on the Westside.
The parking was easy. The facility is peaceful, tranquil and very clean. Dr Kim was wonderful. The prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be back. If you are looking for a good experience with a place that truly wants to help you enhance your looks, this is a great choice. Thank you Dr Kim.

Im very sad, I bought an IPL facial through Groupon and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.. there was no disinfecting or cleansing of the face, there was no walk through of what she was doing and the healing process, honestly I dont even think anything was done besides a laser that was randomly running through my face for 5-7 minutes. She then proceeded to put a sunscreen on my face that was tinted.. I would not recommend.

I visited Dr Nancy Kim practice several times for laser and Botox, the results were amazing every time. Dr Kim is a very gentle, she listened to my concerns, and made my dark spots disappeared!

Like Dr Kim, but I wonder if I'm really getting Botox. Seems like I still have movement around face. I paid a lot with 50 units face only. Within 30 days I wen back and told her Botox was not helping she charged be another $$ 375 still on face. This made no sense to me, but since she is a medical doctor she believed her. She works alone so staff in the office . I don't think I got the real stuff - Botox. Sorry but I lost trust in Dr Kim.

This place was so easy to work with. They were fast at responding all my questions before going in. They were super polite. Once I went in for the consultation they were even more pleasant in person. The Dr. Took her time with me and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
