Margaret and crew are the very very very best in the west... you know what? The east south and north too!!!! This is the first waxing salon I found when I moved to LA five years ago. The times I've "cheated" made me instantly regretful because you just can't get the same girl talk and instant comfy vibes anywhere else!
Every time I've been completely satisfied with my services. The laughs and giggles come at no extra charge.
Let the ladies of BK dip and rip you. I promise you won't regret it. The waiting area is kooky and cute and the private, very clean waxing areas are full of little quirky details and winks.
THANK YOU BRAVE KITTY! You changed my whole game

It's been a year now since I first got my first wax with Marcela, the best!! The set up she has it's definitely a vibe, the music it's a plus! As soon as you walked in it feels soooo welcoming! Love it! & Marcela let me tell you how comfortable she makes me feel from day one until now a year later. Definitely check it out! You'll not regret it.

I had a Brazilian wax with Margaret and it was such a great experience! I was in and out of the building within 15 minutes, and she took it allllll off me with minimal pain. She kept me engaged in conversation the whole time, which helped keep my mind off the wax. She gave me good advice on how to take care of my fresh wax which I really appreciated, that's not something I've always had at previous studios/salons.
I also want to note that the ambiance of the actual studio is super cute. Since it's almost Halloween, they had some fun Halloween decorations up, and they also had a ton of cat-themed stuff all around. They even had some fun cat pictures on the ceiling above the waxing table so you can look at them while you're getting waxed!!! The doorbell is also a meowing sound which is ADORABLE.
Parking is easy, at least at 10am on a Sunday. It's a 30 minute lot which was plenty of time for getting one area done.
I'll definitely be coming back when I'm ready for the next round! Give this place a shot if you're looking for a friendly, cute spot to get a wax done!

Margaret is my favorite waxer, she could be yours too. I haven't gotten a Brazilian in a long time, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I've been going to her consistently since. The atmosphere is really empowering and you leave feeling like a goddess.

The associate that answered the phone was so rude!
I called to schedule a wax for my girlfriend (who was on speaker phone)
The lady said she "only does Brazilian for women" I said "I'm scheduling for my girlfriend" she responded saying well we need to talk to her because it's a personalized service..." I said "she's right here in front of me" and she said "can I talk to her?" I said "you're on speaker phone" and your SLOW BEHIND said "well I can't hear her"
GOOD BYE! Train your staff on proper phone etiquette and customer service!

Absolutely loved this place. Such a cute waiting area! & there's so much parking!
I came across it with a google search since I was kinda tired of going to EWC and I'm glad I found it. First time, so I went with Margaret and don't regret it. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and she was so fast!! I hadn't waxed in about 6 months, so I was anticipating a lot of pain. Pain level was like a 3-4/10. Her technique helped that I'm sure. I will be coming back! If you are considering this place, def go!
They also have a sign for a Yelp check in and $ off. (Super cool)
I checked in and forgot to ask about the $ off, so I hope I can apply that next time!

I've come twice now and every time I've enjoyed the experience as much as one can while in pain. Haha. Allie was great. Made me feel comfortable and was efficient. Before I knew it, it was done. You are in and out super fast. Both times, I did not even have to sit or wait. I was taken directly into the room.
I don't get waxed often but when I do, I come here !

Kenia, you made my waxing experience super comfortable! I let her know I have a low pain tolerance and really, really appreciated her guiding/syncing deep breaths with the wax pulls. Also, Marcela has curated a great vibe here. It feels less scary getting waxxed because of how much effort she put into the space.. even the ceiling! Never going anywhere else.
