went back for a gua shua facial from Jasmine, I'm so happy with the results! all the pufiness from my face was gone and my skin looks way brighter now

I recently had a facial with Jasmine . . . I LOVED IT! She was very professional, explained everything she was doing, it was extremely calming. She did the hydrojelly mask, Gua Sha and face cupping. My face looked rejuvinated and lifted to my surprise! I highly recommend Skin Rituals. Ask for Jasmine, she's great!

Let her hands and technique rejuvenate not only your Skin but your Soul. You will walk out a new person. Dermalogica Radiant! I have been a Skin Rituals fanatic for over 20 years. Long enough to see Jasmine Ontiveros group up under her Mom's tutelage and become a superstar on her own working lashes and make up magic . Give them a try, support local small business owners. I work for years at a professional skincare company, and Chach is an EXPERT in the field - she's literally certified as a Dermalogica Expert!
PARKING: Street - ample parking when I arrived around 9:45AM. Sierra Madre has the cutest downtown!
SERVICE:
-Booked a 1 hour skin treatment. Chach took the time to analyze my face before the skin treatment and talk through my lifestyle and potential causes of my skin concerns (congestion, acne, dark spots). Then, we headed into the room where the REAL magic happened. Loved that she used devices to penetrate the products deeper into my skin and to also help with extractions. Get every last one out!! My skin was completely glowing afterwards.
Will definitely come back!

Chach is amazing. She really takes the time to learn and understand your skin before she gets started. Her treatments are extremely effective, not just fluff. Saw results right away. Would recommend her everyone.

This yelp review is for Salina the massage therapist. She is just amazing I been going to her for a long time really professional and really nice . The massage its self is amazing so relaxing I fell so good after . I been meaning to write this review but couldn't get to it . Any you gotta try her you won't regret it .

I was referred here by a friend. My back went out and I needed a massage ASAP. I called Selena and she even came in early to accommodate me. She was so helpful and sweet. I haven't had a chance to try the other services they have, but I will definitely be checking it out. The rooms are really cute and relaxing, but the doors are thin so you can hear everything. So when I was trying to relax, all I could hear was the receptionist chatting in the front. Still a great place, that was my only concern.

I love this place and yes, a guy can say that about a spa. It's non-pretentious, down-to-earth, the staff is always friendly and they have services specifically for MEN!!!
With my wedding around the corner, I'll be heading in for a couple facials to refresh my look.

I have been coming to Skin Rituals (off and on) for about 10 years. Chach is the best facialist EVER. She can deal with any type of skin you give her. 10 years ago, I had congested skin with areas of breakouts/acne. Chach is a perfectionist and she would get rid of those pimples and congestion and every last little blackhead and whitehead. I love that about her. Now, I'm not as congested but I am older and guess what, Chach gets rid of my dryness and makes me look younger and fresher when I walk out the door. She doesn't oversell and keeps things simple.
I have had periods of time where I didn't come see Chach, thinking I could save some time or money. But on those occasions I tried someone else's facialist, they could never measure up. I even went to one of, if not the most highly rated facialist in Pasadena on Yelp once because she was close to my office, and guess what, she did not measure up by far. I was shocked at how mediocre my facial treatment was - where did all those good reviews come from?
In addition to facials, Chach is one fantastic masseuse and I love to combine a facial with a 30 minute massage. That is perfection, having Chach work on those knots in my back and then finishing with a facial. Chach's assistant Rochelle, is also super sweet, efficient and welcoming. It makes the whole experience so pleasant. Give Skin Rituals a try, it's pretty tough sometimes to get in to see Chach on a weekend but there are often last minute cancellations.
