I came to see Heather for a major hair transformation, and she absolutely delivered. My naturally dark brown hair was in need of a refresh, and I left with the most beautiful caramel balayage.
We started with a consultation where I shared three inspiration photos. Heather took the time to ask thoughtful questions about what I liked in each one. I told her I wanted dimension—with lighter ends and brightened front pieces—and she understood my vision.
The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I am completely in love with my new look.
