The client didn’t answer any of my text messages or phone calls. When time for my appointment I didn’t hear anything from her. So I cancelled appointment. I was charged $39 cancellation fee which shouldn’t have been charged due to her not responding. I will never contact her again to do makeup. Totally disappointed. I end up doing my own make up and it turned out gorgeous. I could’ve done it in the first place but wanted someone else to do it for me. Never again.

She was extremely professional and punctual. I was visiting from out of state, so timeliness was of the essence and she delivered. The style (Kinky Twist) was great and done in a few hours. So, I wasn’t sitting all day. I know when I come back who I’ll call to do my hair.
