Very calming and welcoming atmosphere. Having single and dual saunas makes brining a friend or partner super easy. The Peppermint and Eucalyptus scented cooling towels and cool shower are nice touches that keep me coming back.

I absolutely love the body lab! The staff are wonderful, the place is so cosy peaceful and clean and I have the best self care sauna sessions there. Thank you so so much for staying open!!

When I walked in the girl was really nice but she wasn’t wearing a mask she didn’t have a mask near her and made no effort in trying to get a mask. She was very helpful regardless of those facts. I signed up for a 40 min session for a sauna that should have gotten up to 153 degrees. When I got in the room at 5pm it was clean and ready but the sauna temp was only at 135. I attribute this to it being cleaned right before I got there and the door maybe was left open so it was warming up still. I turned off the tv lights and got in the sauna. About 10 mins in I notice the temp only rose to 138 and was bouncing back and fourth between 138 and 140. It’s still hot and for 40 mins is a good temp but it’s not what I wanted or paid for. It took over half of my sauna session to even warm up and start to sweat. So instead of a sauna at 150 degrees and me sweating 5-10 mins into my session it took 20 mins before I started sweating. When I got out to get a drink of water I shut the door behind me i spent less than a minute out of the sauna. Me getting in and out of the sauna just that one time cause the temp to drop to 132 and I had to start my warm up all over again. Since I was already hot it didn’t take as long as 20 mins but nonetheless it was a slight buzz kill. After getting back in the sauna I tried to relax and stretch like I normally dude. Then the person in the stall next to me decided to watch tv with the volume on what seemed to be full blast. It was loud and very distracting I am not sure if they knew how to work the tv or if they were just looking for something to watch because I could here the clicking of choosing stuff on Netflix. It didn’t go one for too long but just enough time to get annoyed. I am grateful this place was open and had the openings for me. I drove from Costa Mesa so the drive was about 20 mins for me. Considering I didn’t have the choice of having a warmer sauna and a more relaxing atmosphere I would probably stick to other business closer to me.
