She is running a scam. She no longer works for the salon but is still accepting appointments and taking peoples money. The nail salon she previously worked for was actually nice and the staff was very honest and remorseful. They got me rescheduled and even offered to accommodate me same day! I’m really sad she is treating people so poorly and I hope no one else falls for her mess.
