Jessica does awesome work! I do not wear makeup and do not wear eye makeup or even know how to pluck my eyebrows correctly. She was able to shape/wax and tint my brows and then did a lash tint and curl. She was patient and gentle while explaining step-by-step process and products, which I appreciate since I have never had these services done. She is knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions for how to help me look my best. The relaxation room she has inside Hair Etc is clean and cozy, convenient and her prices are very reasonable. I will be going back to see her and recommend her services to anyone looking for a little refresh and self care!

I’ve been going to Hair Etc. basically since I was born, and I’ve tried other salons while I was in college and stuff but this is easily the best place with the best staff and service.
Probably the most recent miracle was with Mandi Book. In October I had dyed my hair blue and it just wasn’t washing out like I thought it would. I tried color removal treatments that helped a little bit but not enough, and she totally saved my hair and made it look amazing!

DeLaine and ladies are wonderful. I get a great haircut every time. I also love the earrings and clothing selection they have. These are a warm, friendly group of women. I recommend them fir men, women and children.
