I am so happy I found Nicci. She instantly makes you feel like family the second you meet her. Such a warm and kind human being, and absolutely knows what she is doing. My hair is not easy to work with and I was going from years of dark box dye to blonde. Nicci truly listened to what I was looking for and explained to me what she was doing and why every step of the way. I felt like I had fairly realistic expectations of what my hair could look like in one session. I’ve never seen my hair lighten so quickly while maintaining the integrity of my hair. Nicci is highly skilled and incredibly talented. If you’re looking for the very best, you need to see Nicci!
