Highly unprofessional; wouldn't answer phone calls or inquiries even though she accepted the booking. When asked about everything, she claimed it wasn't in her system. What's worse is she delayed responses for 30 minutes to only say she's unavailable. Asked for her to cancel so that I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee and that has yet to happen. Fair warning that this business is a joke and scam!
