My first visit to Honest Skin was great!! The parking for the bldg was a little bit confusing but once I got in, was easy to find and they have a street sign for their side of the bldg that I noticed as well. It's close to where the Adult Superstore place once you come off of Pacific Hwy to Barnett. I met with Tamar, my lovely esthetician that made me feel really comfortable and enjoyed a nice chat during my visit. I had the first time visit facial where I had some customized treatments and recommendations to my skin goals. I wanted to work on clearing up my sunspots and balancing out my t zone and I feel we did just that during my visit and I have another visit in about 6 weeks so very much looking forward to coming back! The price point and the quality of service is worth it! :)

I got the honest essential with Abri and let me tell you it was the best facial. Not only was it relaxing (I was so relaxed my body did not want to allow me to get off the bed) but I walked out glowing! We discussed my problem areas and the goals I would like to achieve with skincare and she recommended what products would be best for my skin type. It's been about a week since my facial and the products she recommended have truly made a difference. I can't wait to go back and continue to work on improving my problem areas.

This was my 2nd facial here and even brought my boyfriend along! Tamar listened to my concerns and had great recommendations. I appreciated the stones where I can let her know if Im up for a chat or just R&R.

The service here was amazing! My esthetician Tamar gave me great advice regarding my skin as well as created a treatment plan for maintain my glowy, bouncy, flawless skin. The place was so calming and they really did make me feel so special. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a facial and also request Tamar

I had already heard good things from friends who frequent here so I was excited to come!
They do get booked up though, so I had to keep an eye on openings. But I had Abri, who took me in from a last-minute cancellation, and I loved her so much! She was so friendly and warm, I didn't feel nervous at all during the course of it. I had told her I had some skin sensitivity and so she proceeded the rest of the time with care and checked in to see I was okay at every step. I felt so taken care of!
The outside plaza may look a little sketchy, but inside was inviting and aesthetic. The rooms also have two little crystals that say whether or not you want small talk or not--just that little touch was very thoughtful! I can tell they really care about providing amazing care and not just about giving a general one-for-all facial.
The only thing I wanted to point out was that I was suggested some products but didn't get a chance to properly review their costs before it was included in my final cost (though this may have been on me since the front desk girl did ask if I wanted to proceed with them and I should have asked about the pricing with her and/or with my esthy)--but I don't regret it because I've been using them to fix my compromised skin barrier!
I will definitely be back though, and will be telling all my girlies about Honest Skin!

I had my first facial with honest skin today and I couldn't recommend it more!! I am getting married in a few weeks and wanted a nice, relaxing facial that would make my skin feel hydrated and less dull.
Overall I had an amazing experience, Tamar especially was great!! Very relaxing and super comfortable vibe overall, already looking forward to my next appointment with them!

Where do I even start? I have skin that is sensitive to whatever she wants to be whenever. Making an appointment was really easy, and when I went in through the door I immediately felt at ease. I was welcomed, checked in, and seated for my appointment with Abri. WHAT A GEM! She walked me through the entire process, made me feel comfortable, and recommended so many great products to elevate my skin care routine. I already have made another appointment, and as someone who is new to San Diego really appreciate the overall experience.

I've been coming to Honest Skin since May 2023 and recently had my first facial with Abri! We did the Honest Essential + Dermaplaning, and my skin came out SO glowy (per usual). I could not believe how much peach fuzz and dead skin cells came off and seeing the before and after pics was so incredible.
Abri is so sweet and so fun to chat with. She's been checking in with me since then and I have my next appointment set with her for July. Thank you Abri & Honest Skin for always delivering the best results!

Another great skin session with Honest Skin. I did an Honest Essential as I had a lot of congestion due to my acne prone skin, especially around my chin area. Hannah did a great job of extracting all those pesky skin demons lurking and applied serums and a jelly mask to help calm, sooth, and hydrate my skin. She also gave me a much needed shoulder and neck massage while I was under the LED light device. Hannah has magic hands as I left feeling relaxed and with glowing skin.

Exactly what you want in a facial.
Calm environment, great add ons, knowledgeable esthetician. I did the essential with dermaplaning + no peel. Literal heaven. Can't wait to see my results.
