I booked an appointment with Lydia Grace about 2 weeks in advance. I specified in the notes that I wanted to get bottom lashes done as well. My request was accepted the next day. Never during the 2 weeks leading up to my appointment was I ever contacted to be told anything about my request. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by Lydia and talk to her for 5-10 minutes about exactly what I was looking to get. She then had me laid down, close my eyes and put the pads and tape on before finally telling me that she was not able to do bottom lashes. She said she doesn't do them and that she can only do top lashes. With my event being the next day, I had no time to go with anybody else. She knew exactly what she was doing with waiting until I was on the chair already prepped to go before letting me know that. It seemed very intentional to not only accept my book request to begin with and not say anything the entire 2 weeks leading up to the appointment, but then waiting until I'm on the chair with tape and everything already on my eyes before you tell me you can't do what I specifically requested when I booked. She preferred to just make a quick buck instead of letting me find somebody who could do what I wanted. I'm extremely disappointed. I came here because of the reviews only for this unprofessional behavior.

I am brand new to the lashes world, I've never gotten them before but I've wanted them for years. I finally pulled the trigger and I absolutely love them. Kim Bui is my girl, she knows what she's doing. It's an extremely comfortable experience. I've done about 3 refills now so she's definitely turned me into a repeat client!

Updating the review as I was promptly contacted by the owner after my experience. She generously offered a classic full set with Kim, and this time was much better. Kim was very gentle, removal process was a breeze, and I was comfortable. I would like to praise management as they truly care about their customers and want to make it right.

They are dishonest in their booking practices; I tried to book two weeks out and was told I could only get a confirmation of my appointment until the date gets closer; then my friend booked with the same tech---and it was confirmed on the same day. The good news is just like they have choices in who they choose to service; I have the freedom of choice in where I choose to spend my money....RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

I wouldn't say this is a brow place. My experience was that since they are used to lashes mostly, brows isn't a finessed service here. There's a place down the street that's cheaper, quicker with better quality service. Parking here is horrendous and not worth the aggravation.
It's not awful but there are better options for brows.

Every single time I get my lashes done here I like them. No matter who does them!
The whole staff is super kind and helpful to make sure you get the lashes you're looking for. It's so easy to get in whenever you want because all of the technicians are available.

The area had a very nice minimalist room, it would almost seem like you came in to get a massage! The music was nice and it was cold but they offered a blanket when they do your lashes! My lash technicians was Tommy and he was so friendly and dedicated! I wanted the manga style lashes but he could only do something similar and I was fine with that! I actually love the way he did it and will be coming back.

Lashes are beautiful but not for the side effects of keeping my eyes taped open for 2.45hours. Praying I don't have an infection.

Scheduled for a microblading appointment with Thanh and this overall experience from making the appointment to actually getting the procedure done has been very easy and smooth!
Making appointment through yelp was super easy abd straightforward. They send you a follow up email and text soon after to confirm details and instructions.
Location was easy to find with parking options in the front, back and street. You get a code to enter and inside was nice. They created a little spa like environment and its not dirty or sketchy looking at all.
I was seated for a quick consultation with Thanh to go over my expectations and she reviewed the details of what to expect including providing post op care instructions and ointment for aftercare. She applied the numbing cream and we waited 20 mins. She then marked the outlines to show me the expected shape based on my facial features. After we agreed on the design, she showed me the single-use instruments and sterilized instruments that she was going to use, which I really appreciated being shown without me having to ask. She got started and it honestly was pretty painful lol but nothing really unexpected when you're asking someone to etch tiny little strokes on your face. She rubbed the ink in to soak and we waited for 10 mins and then repeated that two more times til she was able to make it look filled enough. She kept showing me the progress throughout the appointment to make sure I liked it at each step. She explained to me how the touch up appointment in 6 weeks will be and what to expect and even recommended considering adding the powder option instead of more microblading during that visit.
I really appreciated how thorough and seriously Thanh took my feedback and requests and really tried to achieve the result I had in mind. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the visit and I would recommend her to anyone interested in getting their eyebrows done!

ROSIE!!!
1. Rosie created a lash extension miracle on my face.
2. She checked on me throughout the process with the most soothing ASMR voice??
3. She managed to make me relax into happiness, which is impressive considering that eyelash extensions involve paying a stranger to adhere pointy objects near your eye for an extended period of time. What is this witchcraft! Amazing.
4. She gave me exactly what I wanted, which was a relatively natural (well, "natural" considering I paid a stranger to adhere pointy objects near my eye) lash look, which I think is appropriate for my workplace but still gives me some pep in my step.
