Be very careful if you decide to use Reyna's services. She is more concerned with having tight control over her business and clients than with providing what the client wants. I was extremely clear about my color preferences, and yet she chose to do exactly the opposite so that the hair I loved turned into hair that I hate. My hair was so dry from being over highlighted
(which I never requested) that I had to cut off an inch and it will take me many months to return to my preferred color. During my first appointment she said "I don't usually tell clients, but I make their base a half shade darker before I do highlights". That should have been a foreboding for the
future, and the fact that she does what SHE wants. When confronted, she claimed she was upset that I brought my son with me and she rushed through my appointment. Sorry, that doesn't fly. because she
could have done the correct color in the same time she did the incorrect. In the end, better to have refused me as a client, than destroy my hair.

Reyna is awesome. My former hairdresser had messed up a few times and so I was in the market for a new hairdresser and put a request out for recommendations on Next Door. I got almost 200 replies and one name came up over and over: Reyna Mueller. I went to see her and she was very thoughtful about what I wanted and did a great job giving me balayage. She showed me the before and after and I was shocked at what a difference it made. I looked like I came in with honey boo boo hair and left with Penelope Cruz hair. Now, my hair looks so much healthier and the color is very subtle and gorgeous. I've now been seeing her for almost a year and my hair has never looked better. Go. You will not be disappointed.

Reyna has been doing my hair since I was 16 so about 13 years now!! She has taken me from black to blonde and almost all the colors in between!! Every time I walk out of her salon I feel confident and beautiful!! The best way I get the color I want is by showing her a picture (since I never know what to ask for) but with that she is able to recreate that look perfectly!!

I absolutely love my hair, I honestly almost cried!! I have never walked out of a hair appointment in love it has always been okay. I found her by accident because the other hairdresser would not reply back so happy I did, long gone are the days of ugly hair!!!!! Just take a look at my hair

I've been going to Reyna for over a year now for all of my icy blonde needs. After trying two other stylists in the Austin area and not being happy with my results, I finally found the one! I came to Reyna in January of 2020 after having gotten my hair done by someone else and having been dissatisfied with the amount of yellow/brassy tones. I then proceeded to use a spray-in (non-permanent) pink color for an event that I attended. The only thing is... it didn't want to come out. I washed my hair several times and used tons of purple shampoo to try and combat the yellow/pink tones I had and ended up with a combination of yellow/pink/purple hair plus grow out. It was a mess. Reyna was able to take that mess and turn it into something I loved. I've been coming back to her for touch-ups every 6-8 weeks & I recommend her to everyone that compliments my hair or is looking for a stylist. She's always so sweet & such a fun time to talk to. 10/10 recommend Reyna for all of your hair needs!

Reyna is the BEST blonde colorist I've ever been to! I like to have icy platinum blonde hair, and most other stylists I've been to in the past would convince me to do "heavy highlights" instead of converting to an all-over white. Reyna totally understood what I was wanting and keeps it looking icy and great! Not to mention Reyna is just the sweetest and so fun to chat with. My hair is healthy and silvery and I couldn't be happier :)

Reyna is fantastic. I discovered her 3 years ago after trying different stylists for color, none of whom I liked. The entire process of getting my hair colored stressed me out due to the chemicals, the way the color came out and the cost. Reyna changed all that. She is friendly and an absolute expert on hair color. She knows what she is doing. Reyna knew exactly what I wanted from the first consultation. She always colors and styles my hair to perfection. I prefer non-ammonia, non PPD hair color and she uses an amazing brand on me called Oligo. I could not recommend her more highly. She is the best of the best.
