This place has two of the best curl stylists Austin has to offer. When I first moved to Austin, I started with Georgia. She was and is phenomenal. For many reasons on my end ( work schedule, finances, distance, etc...) I had stopped going to Georgia. She was always on my mind as I tried different stylists close to me, in waaay, northwest Austin. Five years later, my friend recommended April. I was getting ready to move out of Austin and decided "why not". I've been with April for 8 months... but have only seen her for 3 cuts.... lol.
My hair is in a crazy phase... I think it might be the hard water in SA. April is great! She listened to my concerns and this last time, took her time with my hair. That is very important to me, that she took her time and tried different products. I really appreciate April and I'm glad she's at Honeycomb.
The service is great and Salon is cute. I recommend this place for all the curly girls in Austin.

I had my hair colored by Taylor, she's great, she made me feel brand new. Taylor was very caring with my hair, she went above and beyond with the care and color of my hair. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she did just that. Taylor is also a sweet person, very caring and as nice as can be. I would definitely go back .

Taylor was amazing, made me feel so comfortable as she welcomed me in my first time. Super professional and takes her time. She explained to me how she was going to cut my hair and gave me step by step instructions on how to care for my hair without a stylist present! Thank you Taylor for giving me my first Deva Curl experience, I will def be back. I recommend going here if you have curly hair, these gals will make sure your curls are poppin!

I have been seeing Georgia for years and years, and I love her! I have straight hair, and she has given me precision bobs and choppy bobs that were so flattering and easy to manage. And her color skills are just as amazing! I could probably go longer between cuts and color, but I am obsessed with seeing her regularly to see what she'll do next. Seriously, do your hair a favor and book an appointment!

Georgia did my hair for the first time in November. I wanted to wait a while before I wrote my review to see what my hair cut would look like weeks later.
I am happy to report that I am still satisfied with my services. I have searched high and low for someone who can do my hair exactly to my liking. Georgia is the one.
Where do I begin? She is Deva certified which is good for what I wanted. I was looking for someone who could cut and style my natural curly hair. I was a bit apprehensive to go there because I am African American and Latina and she is a white woman with bone straight hair but after my consultation she left me feeling confident enough to give her a try. When I got there she reviewed what we talked about in the consultation for what I wanted to achieve with my hair cut. I told her I wanted to keep my length but add shape.
She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. She knows what she is doing and listens. She is also very friendly and down to earth.
When I left the salon that day, my curls had so much sheen and bounce. My hair has great shape and I just felt like I was on top of the world. It's funny how a good haircut can do that for someone.
I suggest giving her a shout if you are looking to try a new stylist. She is awesome!

I love this place. Georgia gives this great treatment for frizzy hair called Cashmere, except it has no formaldehyde. It makes my hair humidity-proof and it lasts for months. She has mastered the red for my hair--so much so that people are shocked when I tell them I color it. And she does a straight cut for me without making me look like a housewife with a bob. She's also great company and plays great music. Try it out-it's a great salon .

I got a wonderful facial from Zumi the other day, complete with information about the ingredients in each treatment used and what they do for my skin. She was gentle, soothing and the environment was so relaxing. I definitely recommend!

I had high expectations of this place. I'd read a ton of great reviews about Georgia and thought I'd finally found the one. Man, was I wrong. She was more than 30 minutes late to start my appointment. She didn't listen to anything I wanted. She charged me extra (without warning me) to teach me how to style my hair and all I learned was how to make my giant Sarah Jessica Parker-esque waves look stringy and flat. I never have the guts to go back to somewhere that gives me a bad cut to let them try and fix it, so there won't be any second chances. I've had much better haircuts and styles for less money. No thanks.

Georgia is the Best! I have very thick curly hair Georgia gave me a deva cut and transformed my curls. She is very knowledge about curly hair, patient and listens to what you want. If you have curly hair you must go see her she is AWESOME!

Iv been getting my haircut here by Taylor for over a year or so now . Super good at fading & the experience is excellent each visit . Major plus about this place is that they have experience you will see after each cut . My hair grows out better then any other place in town
