After this experience I will not be going ANYWHERE else. Katia was very responsive, flexible with timing/booking, and is extremely good at what she does. She is truly an artist and I appreciate the time she spent with me to make my lashes look amazing. I did a Lift and Tint and couldn't be happier. Can't wait till next time!

Esthetician seemed very experienced and knowledgable at first. We communicated extensively on what I wanted to accomplish for my lamination look. I told her my concerns and preferences. She did the opposite of everything I asked for. I asked for a more natural look and long eyebrows. She waxed and tweezed way too much and cut the ends off my eyebrows. She also talked me into getting them tinted and assured me it would enhance my look but my eyebrows didn't need it and now are too dark. It was horrifying I almost cried when I saw them. Would only recommend this treatment to someone with fine or light eyebrows. Also suggest the esthetician listens to her clients and doesn't follow her personal preferences.

I don't really post many reviews- BUT I had such a positive experience I feel the need to brag on this business.
The first time I came in to her office I was so pleased with the ambiance and elegance of her space. I got a relaxing facial and it was so good I ended up getting my lashes done afterwards as well. She's super sweet and takes her time with you! I highly recommend her services, so if you're on the fence- just book already!

I came in today to get my lashes done for the first time, and Katia made it a great experience. Since I've never had extensions before, I really wanted to go for something natural-looking that would enhance what I already have. She was knowledgeable about what styles would be most flattering for my Asian eyes, and this really helped me feel at ease. I feel so confident and have been getting compliments all day. Thanks Katia!!!!

Wow! What a pleasure getting a facial today from Katia. I have a long history of acne and as I slowly make my way out to the other side I'm left with a lot of old scars, hyperpigmentation, and redness. My pores were extra congested today & my skin was more sensitive than normal. Katia was extremely thoughtful and diligent, providing a fully customized facial that left my skin looking so much better. My pores are immediately clearer and my skin looks so much smoother and less irritated. I had questions and she shared her knowledge with me and I was also able to really relax. While I had a soothing mask on she gave me a MUCH needed deep neck and shoulder massage. Additionally, I called her asking if I could move my appointment time and luckily she was able to be flexible and I really appreciated that. Can't wait to come back for another facial & some of her other services. Highly recommend

If I could give negative stars I would. I only went to her because she was doing a deal $85 for a lash lift and brow lamination. She had offered me a different brow lamination and I assumed it was going to be included because she knew I came for the $85 deal. Nope she charged me an extra $50 and she cut up my eyebrows and did unnecessary damage. Not to mention when it's time to pay she kind of hovers over you to guilt trip you into tipping. I ended up paying almost $200 for a messed up lash life and brow lamination. Do not recommend save yourself.

horrible. my eyebrows are uneven , way too dark . tail is way to curved. I want a refund
