Did not communicate at all. My family and I are attempting to travel for the holidays and booked my son for a 10:00 o’clock appointment. Received an email saying the appointment was changed to 11:30 at 9:50. Waited until 12:11. I called once and text as well with no response. HIGHLY unprofessional and disrespectful of someone else’s time.
