TLC is a special gem in Poway. I know you will feel the same. I've had Raquel treating my skin through all different issues, now for over 15 years. She is highly educated and amazing, so talented. This was my first facial with Raquel and only the third in my life! Raquel’s place is very comfortable, I was able to relax and enjoy the treatment. She gave me great advice and was not pushy at all with her product line, but explained the benefits in such a way that I did want to try them. Just a great experience and I re-scheduled right away, because, wow, is she booked!
