Body Slimplicity has been an amazing experience. It’s so nice having them travel to you with everything they need. So knowledgeable, caring, and are just so fun to chat with! They truly have magical hands and care about their clients.

I really wanted to like this business. They are mobile which makes it easy post-op, and the two gals I’ve had so far are sweet. But I’ve had quite a few issues from the time of booking.
You are constantly communicating with different people which causes too many issues.
First i was being told different pricing info. Then I was sent several different invoices just for the deposit. Then today (several weeks after initial invoices), I’m asked if i paid. Then told their system is down and I need to go through my statements to confirm what I’ve paid. I’m just shy of two weeks post-op and have two babies two and under. Then I’m told outside of Vagaro (initial invoice company) I’ll be sent a new invoice from square (I paid my initial deposit via Vagaro so it’s getting confusing). It’s all seeming confusing and odd and making my day much more complicated. The inconvenience, needing to clear things up and investigate is much more time consuming than it’s worth.

This business is awesome! They will always find a way to commute to my apartment. All the ladies are super friendly, experienced, and communication is easy!

Easy...everything (scheduling, communication, etc.) was just... easy... which was much appreciated because I was in so much pain post surgery.

Heather and her team exceeded my expectations! I traveled from Europe to the US to have a bbl and lipo360 and my recovery would not have been so smooth without the help of Teresa and Heather. They were so nice to guide me through everything from proper compression to lymphatic drainage with taping method, and even offered to have a new faja sent to me whenever I travel back home, since they can’t be purchased in my home country.
Absolutely recommend!

I was referred to Body Simplicity and love the ease of scheduling for home visits. Adrienne and Heather are both amazing and have been working well with my pain, swelling, and tolerance. I have gained so much good advice to help my healing process from these two ladies. I can say that I am definitely extremely pleased to have invested in this agency for my better well-being!

Heather Galvan was highly recommended on the Dallas Dolls Facebook group page and by Upscale Recovery House. She was quick to respond to my messages through Facebook, and booking an appointment with her was extremely easy. She does require a deposit naturally that you can send to her through Zelle. She was prompt arriving to my home on time (she also notified me when she was on her way so I can be prepared to have my faja off). She is kind, friendly, and her gentle massages is just what I needed. I will be booking more appointments with her to help get me through my mmo recovery.
