I booked to have my daughter's hair done. she called me to tell me even though I booked for 530pm online She wouldn't be able to service me Until 730 p m or later because she had just gotten off work. I told her to go ahead and cancel the appointment. She said she would. She did not cancel and still charged me now she's lying in my inbox tryna say i was a no call no show . DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCAMMER

I have not received any communication from the stylist, and I am currently awaiting a refund. I would appreciate a prompt response from StyleSeat regarding this matter, as it is inconvenient to experience delays in processing refunds. I hope this issue can be resolved swiftly, as it should not be a recurring problem in the industry.

Stylist texted 30 minutes before appointment asking if I could come at 6:30 instead as I was driving to the appointment. I didn't see the text until I got there. The address was to a secured apartment complex. I attempted to call and text the stylist and got no reply. I would be very wary of dealing with this stylist.

i hate you. abs if i could get my money back from you i would. you sat there and did this on purpose and acted like it looked cute to you the entire time you stood there and did this to my head. look at how fat those braids are?!?! nowhere near a small. you were quiet as i was leaving with nothing to say even as i was expressing my disinterest. bc you know you did a shitty thing to a good person trying to support a business. you took TEN HOURS to do box braids that you didn’t even do correctly
