Overall the experience is a 10/10. The environment is calming with relaxing music that makes you feel at ease right when you walk in. The massage is so soothing and decompressing. Jane also did cupping on my shoulders and it felt amazing! I will definitely be doing that again. I can’t wait to go back!

I was referred to Take Care Mama Massage and a great experience with Jane! Late in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy it can be difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed but the massage was wonderful and addressed exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or self conscious which was great. I already recommended her services to a friend who is also expecting!

Loved my massage(s) from the team at Take Care Mama Massage sooooooo much! They really take their time to personalize things. I have had three personalized massages so far: a nurture mama massage (relaxation massage), therapy massage (stretches and deep tissues) and WISH method massage (abdominal). They were all perfect!
It's easy to park and a comfortable community atmosphere. Best massage ever. Seriously Mamas, try them out!

Jane really has the ability to connect to both your body and your mind for a customized experience. Combine that with the light stretching, aromatherapy + her accommodating nature and it really makes your massage a total wellness visit. The quality and assortment of cushions helped this very pregnant mama get comfortable, relax and settle into the space. When going into someone’s home for a service you never know what you’re going to get, but Jane has done a wonderful job and really created a clean and cozy environment. Hand down the best prenatal massage I’ve had. Booking my next one right away.
