I received the first facial I've ever had. I was struggling with ingrown hairs and clogged pores, but after the “Men Power Facial”, my skin looks and feels amazing. She took the time to address all my concerns and used top-notch products. The ingrown hairs are gone, and my pores are clean and minimized. I left feeling rejuvenated and confident. Lala is a skincare wizard! I went in for a lymphatic drainage/ reshaping facial, and makeup application, and I walked out feeling like a new person. The lymphatic drainage facial made my skin glow and reduced all the swelling. The reshaping facial gave my face a beautifully sculpted look, and the makeup application was perfection. She listened to my preferences and delivered beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning!

This is a scam! It is not at the location. Nor is anyone there. The phone number is not working. Can’t text either. Had no way to cancel my appointment after pulling up to nothing. The place just opened but no one was even in the suite. The suite don’t exist but accepting appointments. So yes it’s a scam!!!!!

Dr. Woo is the best! I went to see her for my first Brazilian wax snd she was an absolute dream. She was incredibly patient (which I REALLY needed because I was a bit of a character lol). She has a beautiful energy and aura that helps soothe your anxieties or jitters. She was so helpful in explaining the process and making me feel comfortable. 5 stars!

I really loved the whole experience and highly recommend Dr. Woo as she is a true artist. I have gone to other places and could not get the right shape of my brows and the whole process took about 3 hours, one of the places I went was very expensive and well known in media, I will not mention the name because overall the artist tried to do her best and were nice people. However, my brows really needed correction and Dr. Woo managed to do this so fast and very professional.

I had eyelash extensions done for the first time amongst other services in the past. She was absolutely amazing. Being that it was my first time getting brow shading I left it up to her to work with my eye shape this time and I couldn’t be more pleased. I love it here. It’s so relaxing & peaceful. I will definitely be coming back, my eyelashes look fabulous, now by brows match. I’m going to love waking up and looking done up with minimal effort. Thank you so much !

This was my first time getting a wax and I was scared . The ambiance in this establishment is everything ! She was so patient with me and kept me laughing through the pain lol . And gave me a little pamper/gift bag when I left even though I acted childish through the whole ordeal. Would def book again !
