I had to pay $114 that day, but she still ask for $135. She took 5hours to do my hair, and it lasted 3 days. The tracks are all untied and the whole front is messed up. She does not sew in the front. She had glue on a really big part which is so inconvenient. I got back my holiday trip and texted her, sent pics of my head being all undone, she tried to blame me by telling me I stood up, when I stood up 1 in 5hours, said she mostly does wigs. She wants me to pay $40 to fix her bad work!

I love her!! She is very professional, on time and made sure I was comfortable. I absolutely love my silk press and I never love my hair when I go to the beauty shop. I’m definitely going back!! 3 days in and my hair still feels like I just got it done!! I even bugged her with questions 2 days later and she was still professional and helped me maintain my style!

Kim was very professional as well as knowledgeable about my transitioning natural hair. With the traditional sew in, she explained her technique, and informed me on the maintenance of my hair as well as the extensions, as I will keep the style over a month. I will be returning for another install! Did I mention the salon is open 24hrs!?!? You will NOT be disappointed. ~Q.
