I really enjoyed the service, she was amazing, friendly, and experienced. My nails came out great! Definitely recommend her for the Shellac manicure.

A week and a half later and my nails still look amazing, like they were just done. She helped me pick a color and even did an extra coat of the polish to deepen the colored and bring out the shine in the polish. Definitely going back.

Kawanas was very friendly and did a great job on my daughter's Basic Mani/Pedi. She used gloves and washed her hands, and appeared to use proper sanitizing measures for her tools. No complaints.

I booked a Nexgen manicure and she said my nails were too short and she didn't have the tools for short nails. I was disappointed b/c I've had Nexgen with short nails before. Instead, I had to get a Shellac manicure.

Ms. Walker is a nice person but I would never recommend her. The salon is filthy. The chair is falling apart. I had to sit on a dirty towel. All the towels that were bused were dirty and ragged.

Michelle did a great job on both my nails and toes. She's very detailed and ensures you're happy with the finished work. She easily accomplished my request, that often confuses other manicurists. I will definitely visit her again!

I really loved her massage chair. More importantly Kawanas engaged in conversation with me and everyone says I talk too much. I can tell she listens because she responded. My nails are red hot and 4 th of July ready. My feet feel so soft and perfectly groomed for my sandals. Thanks Kawanas!

I just wrote an email expressing my issues but I will write a short one once more. I got knicked and bled in three fingers. Not only that, my nails turned out terrible. They were lumpy and uneven and messy and overly thick . I have brown residue all over my fingers and it looks like ive been handling mud. Not pretty.

There were not enough colors to choose from. Also the manicure or pedicure did not include a massage or hot towels which are standard for most places.
