SCAMMER! Do not purchase Groupons or anything type of service from this so called business. I received the Groupon as a gift and scheduled an appointment for 2/11/2024. I confirmed both through email and text twice before my appointment yet I arrived to a business with no lights on and locked doors. I called the number provided and still to date have never received a call back. I never received any service and luckily got our $$ back from Groupon. This place is trash. Really hope people don’t support them and they go out of business.

A no show and haven't been able to get my money back from Groupon as of yet, still trying but once the owner redeems all the vouchers Groupon says they can't refund unless the owner goes in and marks them not redeemed. She redeemed all the ones I bought(6) and now the shop is closed permanently. I went over again yesterday and the sign was removed and all the furniture gone. I've tried emailing since December 2023 and calling and no response. Beware

Like several other people who had appointments, I was stood up. I drove 45 minutes (each way), got to the building on Thursday 2/15 around 12:55pm with an appointment at 1pm. I waited 15 minutes before leaving. I tried calling -- the voicemail was full and also sent a note on Vagaro, the booking site. I'm not sure how you run a business when you don't show up for clients. I have to think the positive reviews on here are friends or are fake. I feel bad as my friend had purchased a groupon for a facial for me. Hopefully she can get her money back.

This is a very unprofessional business. The owner stands people up on a regular basis. It sounds like she might be good if you can actually get in to see her. But it also sounds like she regularly does not show up for people’s appointments

Nobody shows up to the appointments. Nobody is even present at this location. I've booked two appointments at this place, neither of which anybody was around to help. Don't waste your time or money.

I bought this deal through Groupon and what a waste of time and my money. When I had my appointment I went to the place of business she wasn't there. Then I called ol girl and she never picked up nor did she return my messages. When I got there the other guy who does hair was there and it ended up waiting and hour for no reason because she never showed up. This right here is the worse service and wish I could give her a zero. It's sad you mess over people and I'm surprised u still have a business when it's not professional.

Since the business wants to be petty with their response, I'll match it.
I arrived at 10:50. Read the sign upon arrival. Idk why they keep mentioning it like it's suppose to clear everything up. I texted and called to see if the girl was even there, no answer. It was not just a 15 minute wait and even if so, if there was ANY professionalism they would have at the very least advised me they were running behind. Brandi called me later to give me the excuse that they double-book and that's why they're so late. Umm, maybe don't do that?? Obviously they don't understand how a business works nor how to schedule. They stated that they offered to "relsolve" the wait but she didn't offer anything at all. Just a bad excuse. Lies and delays will not help you. DO BETTER.

I just had a 60 minute facial with Brandi. Not only is it extremely relaxing to be getting the facial (it was as if I were having a massage!) but the positive effects on my skin are lasting. This was my second visit and I plan to go back every two months.
