I bounced between colorists for a few years & Jenna was the first to (very sweetly) ask if I thought my hair might be a wee bit dark for my complexion. She found the perfect shade of brown that was much closer to my natural color (before the gray...ha ha) & that was much more flattering! Bianca creates a fun, comfortable atmosphere so I feel like I’m visiting friends. My hair is very straight and fine so it’s not easy to style. It tends to fall flat unless I’ve got the perfect cut. Bianca found that for me in a way that still has enough length to give me flexibility and makes me feel pretty. I’d been going to the same (excellent) salon since 1998 and wouldn’t consider leaving to follow 5 other stylists, but when Bianca left, I followed her without hesitation!
