Appointment made 6/7 for 7/19 for my Bday dinner. I arrived early, waited a while then texted I was there. I was told she wouldn’t be able to make it, could we reschedule for tomorrow or when she’s back in town? She made a 430 appointment for a side job. My appointment was for 6 o’clock. No apologies were given in that text message. I didn’t appreciate wasting time and gas when I could’ve been told before I left my house. I don’t feel like I was valued, my time wasn’t respected or considered. ?

Libby is absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and informative with each step, as well as explaining the great benefits of each product for my hair. I received the "I Want It All" treatment and it's been a whole week. I'm still reaping the benefits of this treatment! She made me feel very comfortable, since it was my first experience with the overall treatment. I'll definitely continue to book with her in the future for my natural hair needs :)

Libby is friendly, professional and efficient. She has a great personality! Libby provided a very thorough shampooing, conditioning and silk press. My hair is “bone straight” and I love it! What I liked most is that she took the time to actually clean my scalp before washing my hair. I greatly appreciate her thoroughness and highly recommend her for silk press services!

Liv not only took her time with making sure my color was right but when the first treatment didn’t take completely she did it again to make sure it was great. Then took her time to straighten and my hair and made sure I had the education to maintain my hair until my next visit.
