I was charged 66 dollars for a pony tail that was so sideways it looked like a pig tail. I ask for two packs of hair wrapped on, she decided on her own to used one and never said anything then handed the second pack to me when I left. Then told me it was crooked because I held my head crooked for 3 straight hours. Run.
